As expected, the World Trade Organisation report on fresh New Zealand apple imports has ruled that the ban which originally stopped New Zealand apples into Australia be lifted.
Dr Sharman Stone, Federal Member for Murray, said the Coalition, whether in or out of Government will fight the decision which could destroy Australia’s disease free status.

Labor Minister for Water Penny Wong yesterday triumphantly announced that she would expand the Labor Government’s water buy back scheme.
